Although the curriculum development team may be frustrated because they worked so hard to develop the new curriculum, this is a good problem because it means that teachers are using the curriculum. Curriculum leaders need to help the team understand that revisions are a natural part of the process and plan accordingly.   A business development strategy is a document that describes the strategy you will use to accomplish that goal. The scope of business development can be wide ranging and vary a lot from organization to organization. Consider the model of how professional services organizations get new business shown in Figure 1.

Nick Midgley, PhD, trained as a child and adolescent psychotherapist at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families and is a senior lecturer in the Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology at University College London. I've accepted an offer at another company.' Devastated and unsure of what to do with this news, Joe could do nothing but accept it. He was losing one of the best people on his team. For the past 2 years Sam had been one of the most productive and positive members of his team. And now to his surprise, she was leaving. Sam seemed to like her coworkers, and always did.

The maturity in terms of attitude and approach to problem resolution of some team members can be significant in determining whether your team will ever move out of this stage. If you try to bulldoze through this stage in your team's development you may find it becomes a permanent state, resulting in low morale and lack of productivity. DevOps isn’t simply a process, or a different approach to development -- it’s a culture change. And, a major part of a DevOps culture is collaboration. All the tooling and automation in the world are useless unless development and IT/Ops professionals work together. Because DevOps doesn’t solve tooling problems. It solves human problems.
